Most print calculators stop at a number. But people need a decision: which sizes will look sharp, which need cropping and which are better viewed from a distance. This tool brings those answers together.

Your image is analyzed locally in your browser. It is not uploaded to our servers, stored by us or used to train anything.
What the results mean
Our quality ranges are practical guidance based on effective PPI. They cannot judge focus, noise or the artistic quality of a photo, so always inspect the source image before committing to an expensive large-format print.
